This CD-ROM is a result of a teacher visit to Jamaica and a challenge from the Director of Culture to incorporate learning about Jamaica into the UK school curriculum. There are three or four lesson plans for each year group in KS2, each based on a key text that has been provided. Additional to the texts are suggested links with music, sound tracks of children and adults talking, a story-telling video and a CD of music from the Kingston drummers.
